These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Hoki368 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "hoki368") governing your access to and use of the hoki368 website located at https://hoki368.cam and all associated gaming, betting, and ancillary services offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on hoki368, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. hoki368 will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials, including any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account activity where hoki368 has not been promptly notified.

Currency. All transactions on hoki368 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Players should be aware that if their payment provider processes transactions in a different currency, foreign exchange conversion fees may be applied by the external payment provider, not by hoki368.

• Using VPN, proxy, or geo-spoofing technology to conceal your true location and circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.

hoki368 employs sophisticated fraud detection and monitoring systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected, hoki368 reserves the right to take immediate action including Account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of funds pending investigation, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Prior to closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining after resolution of open wagers will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements and any outstanding withdrawal holds.

Funds on Closed Accounts. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hoki368 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Funds confirmed as legitimately won through fair play will be returned where feasible. Bonus Funds and winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

Where a mutual resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the applicable regulatory body or independent dispute resolution service.

hoki368's decisions in relation to any dispute, made in good faith and based on the records held within the Platform systems, shall be considered final unless overturned by a formal regulatory review. Players who proceed to formal dispute resolution acknowledge that Platform transaction logs, game outcomes, and communication records constitute primary evidence.
